ELECTRONIC LOAD CONTROLLERS (ELC)
An Electronic Load Controller (ELC) keeps a synchronous generator driven by a
Micro Hydro turbine running at constant frequency irrespective of electrical
loads. An Induction Generator Controller (IGC) does about the same for an
asynchronous motor + capacitors that is used as generator.
